I got my start as a mental health counselor in 2015 in Denver CO at the Denver Rescue Mission in the residential treatment program where I worked with individuals who struggled with many complex challenges including homelessness and addiction. Since then, I have worked in a variety of settings with a diverse demographic of clients. Before opening my private practice, I worked as a mental health counselor based full time at a title 1 middle school in South Florida. While there, I worked exclusively with students and their families experiencing a wide range of social, emotional, and behavioral challenges including anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, self-harm, bullying, self-esteem, interpersonal conflict, as well as trauma. Teenagers can be a challenge, however, I developed a passion for working with this age group and have carried this passion with me into my private practice. Today, I work with adult and adolescent clients and continue to specialize in working with teens. I am passionate about providing the highest level of care to my clients by utilizing a personalized, creative, and evidence-based treatment approach within a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. FEES | PAYMENT The current rates for therapy are as follows: 1/2 hour session (25 mins) $90 1 hour session (50 mins) $175 1.5 hour session (75 mins) $260 2 hour session (100 mins) $350 Phone Calls/Consultations For new clients, an initial 15 minute phone consultation is complimentary. For existing clients, phone calls under 5 minutes are free of charge and calls exceeding 5 minutes will be billed in 15 minute increments at the rate of $45 per 15 minutes. At this time Sacred Space Counseling does not accept insurance and would be considered an "out of network" provider. Payment is accepted in the form of cash, check, or credit card. Credit card payments can be made conveniently online via the secure client portal.
